The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date the product/service is delivered to them or to the person/organization at the address indicated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within this 7-day period via e-mail or through the contact form available at www.kaylagurme.com. Additionally, the product must not have been used in accordance with Article 6 of this agreement, and it must be in a condition suitable for resale by the SELLER.

If this right is exercised:

a. A copy of the cargo delivery receipt proving that the product was sent back to the SELLER, and the original invoice must be submitted.
(If the invoice of the product being returned was issued to a company, a return invoice issued by the company must also be sent. Returns for purchases invoiced to companies will not be accepted unless a return invoice is provided.)

b. Within the 7 (seven) day period, the product must be returned complete and undamaged, including its box, packaging, and all standard accessories, if any. In cases where a gift was provided with the product, the gift must also be returned along with the product if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

c. The amount paid will be refunded to the BUYER using the same method of payment within 10 (ten) days following the receipt of the withdrawal notice by the SELLER. The SELLER is obliged to collect the returned goods within 20 days.

d. When returning the product to the SELLER, the original invoice issued to the BUYER at the time of delivery must also be returned. The return section of the invoice must be completed and signed by the BUYER.

 

e. If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault of the BUYER or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for damages in proportion to their fault.

 

f. If exercising the right of withdrawal causes the total order value to fall below the minimum required for a promotional discount, the amount of the discount applied under the promotion will be cancelled and deducted from the refund.

 

g. In all return cases other than those resulting from errors attributable to www.kaylagurme.com, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the BUYER. Shipments with unpaid shipping fees will not be accepted.

 

When returning a product to the SELLER, the original invoice submitted to the BUYER during delivery must also be returned. If the invoice is not included with the product, the return will not be processed, and the product will be sent back to the BUYER as “freight collect.” The invoice accompanying the return must include the note “This is a return invoice” and must be signed by the BUYER.

Due to their nature, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for single-use consumable products or products with a limited shelf life, or for goods prepared in accordance with the BUYER’s requests or personal needs, which by their nature are not suitable for return. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product packaging has not been opened, the product has not been used or tried, and its condition has not deteriorated.
