Turkish Coffee (250 Gr)
Preparation: Measure fresh drinking water in cups and pour it into the cezve, add 1 - 1.5 teaspoons of coffee for each cup, and sugar if desired. Cook your coffee with sugar on low heat. Divide the foam between cups, cook a little longer and serve.
Ingredients: Roasted and finely ground coffee.
